The Receptive Services Association of America (RSAA), a national non-profit trade association whose members include all of the major international inbound receptive tour operators and tour suppliers such as hotels, transportation companies, destinations, attractions and restaurants, has signed a three-year agreement with IMG Associations, a division of IMG. The agreement will provide RSAA with full-service association and conference management capabilities to support the needs of its 400-plus members.
“RSAA is on the cusp of accelerated growth and success, and IMG Associations is the perfect partner to take our association to the next level,” said Beverley Callender, RSAA president. “Our members can look forward to receiving a heightened level of service, innovation and value from their RSAA memberships.”

The RSAA headquarters will relocate to IMG’s Lexington offices, effective October 31, 2008.
