This new service is a collection of 5 different gift sets -birthdays, anniversaries, I love you, Christmas and kids fun- each with its own card conveying related wishes, delivered on board.
Orders for LOT Moments can be managed online at airkiosk.lot.com and must be made at least five days before the flight. The one placing the order does not have to be traveling on LOT as long as the recipient is a LOT passenger traveling to an international destination from Warsaw.
