“We are delighted to have Charley on board who has a great wealth of experience from various corners of the events industry as well as experiencing in managing a large team to ensure success" comments Johanna Byrane, Head of Sales at Searcys. “Sally has been an amazing asset to the team since joining us last year and she is worthy of her promotion. Charley Taylor-Smith said: “The opportunity to work at The Gherkin is not something that comes around very often and it’s an exciting time for me. Working for an iconic and corporate venue was the logical next step in my career and already I have been made to feel very welcome.”

Sally Grady added: “The Gherkin is something quite special and with the team in place here, I believe it’s a real opportunity to build new relationships contributing to business growth. I’m really excited about both the challenges and the opportunities both Charley and I have by working in such an iconic venue.”
