After nearly a year of preparation, China Southern Airlines` Commercial Transportation Division created a comprehensive set of management systems -completed all staff training and created its own internal auditing team- all while strictly implementing all requirements of the ISO9001 international quality management system.
The certification presented by TUV Rheinland marks yet another step in the growing transformation of the airlines of China which continue to follow pre-set international practices in technology management, said Mr. Wang Changshun, President, China Southern Airlines.
With a critical examination and on-site auditing -spanning four full days- China Southern Airlines` commercial transportation sector successfully passed the auditing of the China Civil Aviation Quality Certification Center and TUV Rheinland Ltd.
