Dutch design electric e-Tuk presented at the oOpening of Anantara Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa

Electric vehicles, made by Dutch Company Tuk Tuk Factory, made their debut during the World Travel Awards Asia & Australasia transporting the distinguished guests around the resort.

Anantara Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa
introduced the e-Tuk, the new standard for premium resort transport, at their opening event on the 1st October. These electric vehicles, made by Dutch Company Tuk Tuk Factory, made their debut during the World Travel Awards Asia & Australasia transporting the distinguished guests around the resort. As a perfect replacement for the standard golf cart, the e-Tuks are expected to show up at more resorts worldwide.

Roland Vos, CEO of Tuk Tuk Factory, says: “Our vehicles have been designed for road use, but the enormous range & exotic appeal is proving to be attractive to premium resorts also. Electric driving is especially popular in the recreational sector. Customers want silence, reliability and clean air, but most of all they consider our vehicles to be good fun!”

Tuk Tuk Factory is set to deliver its complete range of vehicles to Anantara Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa over the coming weeks. This includes the e-Tuk Limo for six passengers and the e-Tuk Vendo & Cargo for the housekeeping and kitchen departments. James Hewitson, Resident Manager at the resort says “The e-Tuks are a unique and very fitting addition to our Thai inspired resort and are proving to be very popular with our guests.”
