Travel Bloggers Greece marks its one year anniversary

Thermae Sylla Wellness Hotel Hosts the first TBG Meeting for 2016.

EDUPSOS, EVIA ISLANDS, GREECE –  The first professional blogger network in Greece, Travel Bloggers Greece (TBG), gathered at the Thermae Sylla Wellness Hotel to celebrate its one-year anniversary and hold its first meeting of 2016. The historic thermal spa invited TBG members to experience its unique luxury wellness facilities, services and treatments.

Celebrating One Year of Teamwork
At the hotel’s conference center, TBG members discussed topics related to blogging in Greece, travel industry trends, improving online content, social media sharing and photography. Thermae Sylla’s therapeutic spa services rounded out the entire travel experience for the first blogger network in Greece.

“Our group visit to the Thermae Sylla Wellness Hotel provided a forum for our network’s first meeting of the year to discuss industry trends while giving us a great opportunity promote Thermae Sylla’s health and spa services which are special to Greece,” said Elena Sergeeva, co-founder of TBG.

“Over the past year, we have successfully promoted destinations in Greece and abroad. Our members have a growing number of individual followers, so we are always learning effective ways to share our travel experiences through excellent content and via social media channels,” said Marissa Tejada, co-founder of TBG.

Each TBG member is based in Greece and blogs about a specific Greece travel related theme.  A membership committee approves candidates based on specific professional criteria.

Discovering Greece’s Thermal Baths
The blogging trip included a stay at the five-star hotel and access to the property’s unique indoor and outdoor thermal pools and farmer steam bath.  Members also experienced Thermae Sylla’s comprehensive menu of therapeutic and beauty treatments including mud baths, messages and facials. Thermae Sylla’s restaurant also hosted TBG’s anniversary dinner which featured a selection of Greek cuisine and Thermae Sylla bio wine.

“We are proud to be one of the most distinguished luxury thermal spa destinations in the world,” said Voula Karatziou-Anastasopoulou, Public Relations Executive at the Thermae Sylla Wellness Hotel. “Our hotel is a great winter destination, too. Thermae Sylla is open all year, so our guests look forward to the relaxation and wellness treatments, therapeutic thermal baths and spa services when they need them.”
