As the centre piece UK Harvest, the food rescue and education charity, will be preparing a three-course lunch for guests using rescued produce to illustrate the issue of food waste and the creative ways it can be addressed.

“Sustainability is rising to the top of the corporate agenda for UK organisations. At the same time it’s so good to bring industry colleagues together once more – and in an impressive eco-venue”.
