The Dubai Road Shows in GCC will start in Kuwait on May 26 followed by Qatar and Bahrain. The road shows in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be held in Al Khobar (June 2), Riyadh (June 4) and Jeddah (June 6). Up to 400 travel trade decision-makers in these cities have confirmed their participation.

The road shows in the kingdom will see the participation of 45 hoteliers, tour operators, shopping malls and other organizations from the emirate.

For the Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain road shows, the number of co-participants are 46, including hotels, hotel apartments, tour operators, car rental companies, in addition to Ski Dubai, Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) and Emirates Airlines. More than 300 travel trade professionals and media representatives have been invited for the programmes.

The department is launching ‘Dubai Summer Getaways’ promotion from June 15, to attract more visitors, especially the Arabian Gulf Cooperation Council (AGCC) member-states during the months of June, July and August. The Dubai Summer Getaways will run from June 15 to August 31.
