iCoupon provides solution to all major Scandinavian carriers

iCoupon’s platform uses contact-free technology to directly transfer the value of vouchers given due to flight disruption directly to the passenger’s boarding pass.

Digital vouchering platform, iCoupon, has secured a deal with Atlantic Airways, which means it will now be implemented with every major Scandinavian airline.

iCoupon’s vouchering system is now incorporated into the operations of all Scandinavian airlines, including: Play, Icelandair, Norse Airways, Finnair, SAS, Norwegian Airlines, BRA, TUI fly Nordic and Widerøe.

The latest addition to the iCoupon portfolio, Faroese-based airline Atlantic Airways has been operating for over 35 years and flies to a number of cities around Denmark, Iceland, Scotland and Norway.

iCoupon’s platform uses contact-free technology to directly transfer the value of vouchers given due to flight disruption directly to the passenger’s boarding pass. With delays being inevitable, ensuring passenger experience is smooth and efficient is a priority for all airlines. By implementing iCoupon’s platform, Atlantic Airways will benefit from a streamlined process that has been proven to increase passenger satisfaction.

Richard Bye, CEO of iCoupon, said: “The addition of Atlantic Airways to bring all major Scandinavian airlines to our fast-growing portfolio is testament to our ability to provide a streamlined vouchering solution for airlines, airports and retailers. Passenger experience will always be a high priority for the industry, and therefore the importance of providing a quick and easy process in the event of flight disruption cannot be understated. iCoupon’s solution provides this and ensures simplicity and convenience for delayed travellers.”
