Hotel meeting rooms now available on-demand in New York, Chicago and San Francisco

Bizly replaces routine booking practices and eliminates phone calls, paper contracts and endless negotiating.

NEW YORK – Bizly, the first-ever platform for on-demand booking of private meeting rooms at leading hotels, announced the upcoming launch of their website – bizly.com on July 28, 2016. Servicing three key markets today – New York, Chicago and San Francisco. Bookings at any of the 45 hotels via the website strongly positions Bizly as a key market innovator in the hospitality space. Professionals now have a way to instantly search and reserve meeting rooms at select properties of major hotel brands including Ace Hotels, Loews Regency, Viceroy, Mandarin Oriental, Standard Hotels, Omni Berkshire, Kimpton, Highgate, Joie de Vivre and others. Bizly replaces routine booking practices and eliminates phone calls, paper contracts and endless negotiating.

Bizly aggregates and sells meeting rooms at hourly rates as low as $30 per hour, saving users up to 75% on same-week bookings. Bizly currently focuses on meetings under 40 people and a booking window of 30 days or less. Current hotel properties are fit with on-site a-la-carte amenities like food/drink options and the latest technologies, which can be ordered right from the Bizly app, separating Bizly from platforms like Breather, Liquidspace and WeWork. Bizly hotels are staffed 24/7, thus meeting corporate "duty of care" requirements – keeping employees in good hands during work hours.

"Booking full-service meetings is a painful process involving multiple phone calls, email exchanges, haggling around pricing and signing paper contracts.  We have created a better way," said founder and CEO Ron Shah. On the back-end, Bizly has created a simple portal to link hotels together with an aim to power affiliate partners and hotel direct sales engines. In 2013 the U.S. Bureau of Labor projected that over 60% of the workforce will be working remotely by 2020. This trend has intensified the need for companies to procure on-demand work and meeting spaces. "Hotels offer the best solution since they're staffed 24/7 and provide all the amenities enterprises require," added Ron Shah.  

Bizly is available on iOS with plans to launch an Android app later this year.
