Infare opens new office in Berlin to fuel future growth

The new office is part of Infare’s new commercial strategy under Eisenaecher, who joined the global team in February after a 20-year career with leading travel technology businesses.

COPENHAGEN – Infare, a global market leader in airfare pricing intelligence, is opening an office in Berlin’s thriving technology district as a focal point for its commercial expansion and talent recruitment.

Berlin’s ‘Silicon Allee’ is fast emerging as Europe’s premier technology centre and has been chosen as home to Infare’s new commercial hub. Based in a converted former factory in the hip Charlottenburg district, the office will be led by Chief Commercial Officer Harald Eisenaecher and bring together a multi-disciplinary team of marketing, sales, business development, HR and tech professionals.

Eisenaecher says: “Infare is providing critical big data insights in pricing intelligence which aviation and travel businesses will increasingly depend upon for commercial success. Berlin is Europe’s most vibrant centre for high-growth technology businesses, making it the perfect base from which to serve our customers, recruit talent and chart our growth.”

The new office is part of Infare’s new commercial strategy under Eisenaecher, who joined the global team in February after a 20-year career with leading travel technology businesses. Infare is investing heavily to build a truly customer-centric culture that delivers mission-critical data insights backed by outstanding service.

Eisenaecher continues: “Team members in our Berlin office will join at an exciting time, as Infare is helping airlines rise to the challenges of dynamic pricing and fare personalisation. Mastery of big data will become key to profitability in the coming years, making airfare intelligence providers as important to airlines’ futures as GDSs have been to their past and present.”
