MUNICH - Munich-based company limehome is expanding its staff for further strategic expansion by filling new key positions: Daniel Hermann is named Vice President Expansion and Daniel Garner is named Vice President Brand & Product. This follows the previous announcement of limehome’s recent successful 45M euros funding round.
Daniel Hermann will be responsible for the growth of the portfolio in existing but also new markets in cooperation with local players and investors. The Stanford Business School graduate in management brings over 15 years of experience in investment banking and the PropTech sector to his new role. Previously, the Brazilian native was responsible for expansion at international hospitality brands Casai and Selina.
As Vice President Brand & Product, Daniel Garner will be responsible for product experience, marketing and the limehome brand. Garner's new position combines marketing and architecture into a holistically conceived product design area to meet the needs of guests, B2B partners and internal stakeholders alike. The British Scientist brings over 15 years of development knowledge in experience focused, interdisciplinary technological product development to limehome.
At the beginning of November, the fast-growing company announced the closing of a 45 million euro financing round. In addition to existing investors HV Capital, Picus Capital and Lakestar, AW Rostamani Group and Capital Four are investing in the Munich-based start-up for the first time. The capital is to be invested in particular in expansion and acquisitions of existing operators.
