TProfile announced a wave of new brands that have appointed the travel technology company to deliver its cutting-edge customer relationship management systems. Global B2B and B2C travel brands, including cruise companies and OTAs, are among the list of companies that have just signed an agreement with TProfile. This brings the total number of TProfile users to over 5,000 globally, across 40 brands.
TProfile’s SAAS solution enables travel businesses to manage every part of the customer journey and experience, using a fully automated service that creates high quality quotes and documentation, combining rich content and personalised messages. Thereafter, the portal application allows customers to manage preferences, view quotes and bookings, create enquiries, map out future travel plans, view offers and products and access secondary applications.
Additionally, the latest addition, the Tour Operator Module, allows distribution of products and offers to the whole user network, which can be integrated within the quote and documentation components by agents.

In 2017 we effectively paused taking on new business to undertake a complete re-development of existing platform and the creation of new advanced applications and business tools for our customers. That allowed us a window of three years to build something very powerful and the growth benefits of that approach are now coming to fruition. We’ve been exploring opportunities in new markets and territories this year and the strategy has exceeded forecasts."
