With this partnership, consumers are granted a quicker, more convenient booking option for an expanded number of hotels.

NEW YORK – Roomlia, a newly launched mobile booking app that offers two-way connections for instant hotel bookings, up to seven days in advance, selected HBSi, an IBS group, as their first connectivity partner. Roomlia launched in August on iOS and September on Android, ensuring its availability to 93% of mobile phone consumers.

With this partnership, consumers are granted a quicker, more convenient booking option for an expanded number of hotels. The hotels receive an increased distribution reach and connectivity options, as well as an efficient way of targeting customers at the right time and price. Roomlia is currently in high-profile US markets such as New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, Orlando, New Orleans, Seattle, with plans to be in all major US markets by the end of 2014.

“Technology within the distribution landscape is constantly evolving and HBSi is excited to be a part of this growth by partnering with companies such as roomlia,” said Peter Krebs, chief executive officer of HBSi. “Access to innovative channels such as roomlia is just another example of how our network of distribution continues to expand in order to drive greater value to our global portfolio of hotel partners.”

“Roomlia is thrilled about this partnership with HBSi as it not only gives our customers instant access to top hotels in the US’ major markets, but is also extremely beneficial to our hotel suppliers,” said roomlia Co-Founder, Michael Reichartz. “We are very excited about the future with HBSi as they will be a key player in our expansion over the next months.”
